At Redwood Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your timepiece. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day hassle-free return and exchange policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the item you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the watch in its original display box and protective sleeve to ensure it remains in mint condition during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our horologists inspect the return for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
